We believe in the long-term benefits of good food. We invest a little more time sourcing quality ingredients that are sustainable, locally farmed and hormone and antibiotic free.
We also value the short-term result of a fabulous meal. Our chefs spent a lot of time creating a menu stacked with options so fresh and delicious, our customers have to invest a few minutes of their own to make some difficult decisions!
We know that time is money, our team is excellent at discerning when our customers want to linger with their clients until the contract is signed, or when they need efficient service so they make it to the theater on time.
